Cicret: A Touchscreen on your Hand!

"Ah! this screen isn't FULL HD, the touch sensitivity isn't great! Is this what I wasted so much money on??" is what you might have thought cursing your phone which you protect dearly more than your dear life !
Well, you must have also felt that the phones need to be more rigid, more portable and theft proof and yet the same time ,retain the impeccable specs. So you have landed in the proper place! (?)

A group of four just thought on the same lines and their aim was to "Delete Screens Off your life."
This project, called the "CICRET" is a band worn around your hand which lets to handle your skin as a touchscreen smartphone! Amazing right?

The Bracelet is still a PROTOTYPE and is still undergoing the funding cycles. This type of Bracelet will also give a tough competition to the Smartwatch market. Cicret has nearly no dependency on the mobile it gets paired with.

The Circet uses a Pico projector to throw your mobile's screen into your arm. It also features eight proximity sensors which the bracelet uses to detect your finger position so as to feedback controls. This means you can use your phone as you would normally, but all right there on your arm while the device itself sits in your pocket or bag.

Unlike other wearables this could offer the most comprehensive use of your phone without taking it out.
Circet features its own processor, storage, vibration feedback, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity as well as the sensors and projector. We have to wonder how long the battery on a device like this will actually last though.

The campaign for the bracelet finished on Indiegogo where it was going for $400, now for $250 for donors. The campaign has now gone from the site along with the video where it says the company is "actually modifying a few things… so [will] be back soon."

Winding up, yes this might look like a good project, although many people have voiced against, stating that the team hasn't delivered for the past 2 years. The team's video on the prototype seems to have resolved the doubts.
